FAQ

We start with a casual meeting discussing wants and need with management. Interview key staff, we'll have a general meeting to discuss our initial assessment free of charge.

Based on the assessment, the critical issues will be mapped out. Based on the clients needs we'll to a proposal draft at the meeting. A revised proposal or contract will be mutually agreed on prior start of work.

There will be a key project manager assigned to you. Depending on the size of the project there may be a team assigned to the project.

Email, mobile phone number and an emergency contact number may be arrange for 24/7 service if necessary.

Prospects

These projects generally last less than four weeks and may be extended after the initial contract matures.

Web development, online services, office reorganization are some examples.

A three to six month commitment is considered a medium term project.

Assessment of complete processes, creating an annual action plan, developing or customizing existing software or hardware platforms are examples of medium term contracts.

One year or more contracts, a consultant or a team is required to be available to work on these project in a full time bases. These contacts are generally viewed as temporary staff addition to the company without increasing head count.

Terms are flexible on long term contracts and are negotiated on case by case basis.
